One or two professional cleaners will handle the cleaning of your home, occasionally three if a business need arises. As a small business, we value the relationship aspect of housekeeping. Each visit will feature a familiar face from our dedicated team, comprised of family, friends, and close associates, all committed to your best interests.
No, it is entirely your choice whether you prefer to be at home during your cleaning session. To ensure we meet your specific cleaning needs, we will arrange a walkthrough of your home before your initial cleaning appointment.
Recurring services are invoiced the day of cleaning appointment and is due after the cleaning is completed. We accept payment by credit card ONLY, with a 3% processing fee. All unpaid invoices after 30 days will be sent to a collection agency.
Taylor Maid Cleaning stands out with excellent customer service, prioritizing open communication. We provide all necessary supplies, use eco-friendly products, and welcome feedback from our clients at any time.
Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority. Any dissatisfaction with our cleaning services must be reported to Tiffany within 24 hours of the cleaning date, accompanied by a photo if possible. This allows us the opportunity to promptly address and resolve the issue.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cleans canceled less than 48 hours before will result in a $40 cancellation fee. Monday clients must call before noon on Friday. Our business number (616) 340-6115, is available at all times for emergencies. Additionally, if our cleaners arrive for a scheduled clean and can’t access the premises, a $50 lockout fee will be charged. To cancel recurring services, please notify two weeks notice.
We ask clients to make sure pets are in a secure location while our Professional Cleaners are on the premises.
Due to insurance purposes, we regret to inform you that we are unable to move or lift any furniture. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Healthy relationships require clear boundaries, so the following policy is designed to respect the dignity of our maids while loving our clients. For health and sanitary reasons, our maids will not handle any human or animal waste or bodily fluids.
